Description

• Type correspondence for the Chairman& CEO to include word processing/typing of letters, memos and handling of confidential information …. Etc. •Provide administrative support for the above to include telephone coverage, mail handling, supplies control and necessary communications internally & externally. •Assist the Chairman & CEO in the management of their schedules and handle his calls from both internal & external sources. •Type and distribute the Strategic and Annual plan to all managers yearly. •Maintain a copy of the company policy and procedure manual and insure all copies are updated. •Maintain a copy of the company Job description manual and insure all copies are updated. •Maintain attendance calendar for key management personnel. •Responsible for supply requisition of the CEO’s office. •Liaise with other agencies, organizations and groups. •Plan and implement office system, equipment & inventory procurement. •Schedule company-wide use of conference rooms. •Maintain contract and service level agreements files. •Follow up with department heads and key positions in the company on projects and instructions given by the CEO. •Maintain Petty Cash and records. •Provide back-up to main switchboard. •Perform special projects as assigned by Chairman & CEO.
